How to access to your mentor space

For your initial login, please follow the two steps “First login” and “How to access your mentor space” given below.

Once those two steps have been completed, please read the article on how to use your mentor space in order to learn about how to easily communicate with the team(s) that you will mentor.

• First login

  As a mentor, you have received (or will receive) an email from the platform on which you are being asked to be the mentor for one or many projects. The mail subject will be “You have been invited on XXX”. If you do not find this mail, make sure you check the spam or bulk section of your mailbox.

  Click on Set a new password to launch a web page as shown below:

  

  Once your password has been created, you will be connected to the platform that hosts your challenge.

• How to access your mentor space

  Once connected onto the platform, click on My space (located on the title bar), and on the name of your challenge.

  

  You are now logged in your mentor space.

  

  The article on how to use your mentor space will show you the simplicity of the tool you will be using during your mentoring.

• You are having trouble logging on

  If the email that you used to set a password is not working or in case you forgot your password, please open the platform that you are trying to access. Then click on Login on the title bar.

  

  Click on Forgotten password.

  

  Enter your email address and click on Send. You will receive an email to choose a new password. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

  

  The platform’s message Email not found indicates that you are not a Mentor yet, therefore an Administrator will have to create an account for you.
